I had been overweight, and members of my own family had been using bodyline clinic. I saw their achievements and decided I too wanted to make a change to my own health.

I was booked in at the Crosby clinic, and the support from everyone there was AMAZING.  They were friendly and supportive and genuinely cared about my journey with them.   They advised me to alter my habits, so I now eat smaller portions and count calories to stay within my targets.  I exercise now, I go to the gym without feeling frumpy and go on walks.  These are things I never did before.
